Nowadays, lasers are used in all areas of dentistry. Tooth decay treatment, along with endodontic therapy, teeth whitening, preparation of dental tissue for prosthetic treatment, aphthous stomatitis and herpes simplex treatment – these are the procedures where we use lasers. Procedures are conducted with the use of photo-activated disinfection and help treat periodontitis and periimplantitis.
